1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using AutoTeleprompter (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service
AutoTeleprompter is teleprompter software with optional premium (“Pro”) features, account sync, and recording tools. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts
• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you need parental/guardian consent (see Privacy §12).
• One person/entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

4. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, trial, billing & taxes
• Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
• We offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial, your subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record/reseller. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. We send a reminder email about one week before each renewal. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Applicable taxes/VAT are handled by Paddle and shown at checkout.
• We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods with notice.
• Offline grace: if you lose connectivity, Pro continues for a short signed grace period and then locks until you reconnect; entitlement is always re-verified with our server.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent licensing/anti-piracy;
• share, resell, or sublicense access;
• use the App for unlawful content or in violation of others’ rights;
• disrupt or attack our systems or providers.

7. Your content
• You retain ownership of scripts and content you create.
• You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to sync content you choose to store with us or your connected cloud).
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

8. Intellectual property
The App, its name, branding, and software are owned by AB Group and protected by law. These Terms grant no ownership rights.

9. Third-party services
Features that connect to Google Drive, Dropbox, platform speech recognition (Apple/Google), or process payments via Paddle are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Updates
We may release updates, and may modify or discontinue features. Some updates may be required for continued use.

11. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the courts of Haifa. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
